When you create an Aplifant account, we request your full name and email address. You are not forced to use your real name, so registering with a nickname is possible. Other type of data may also be collected by our applications – please see the Application Privacy Policy for further information. Aplifant will use your email address only in special cases, not for advertising purposes. Examples of these special cases are sending you confirmation links while creating a new account or changing your password.

Aplifant does not store passwords in clear text. When you create a new account or change the password of your existing account, a hash of your password is created. We only save the hash, not the password. The hashes cannot be decrypted.

All collected data is stored in our databases, which reside in our host provider servers in the European Union. Some of your data may be cached on your client when you use our mobile applications. We never sell or share your personal data with anyone.

Aplifant Wallet Privacy Policy

Aplifant Wallet is a tool that lets you monitor your personal finance. Thus it is natural that Wallet collects data about how you use your money. In Wallet you can keep track of your incomes and expenses, which includes storing data of how much money you earn or use and for what purposes. This data is entered by you when you create new payments in either of Aplifant Wallet web application or Android app. All data related to you or your personal finance is stored in our databases. Aplifant never sells or shares your financial data with anyone.

Except for the financial data that you enter, the Android app for Wallet does not collect personal information. However, using the app requires an Aplifant account, and by creating one you accept the User Privacy Policy. Using the Android app does not save your password in the device. No third party tools that collect personal data are used in the Android app. When using the Wallet web application, you also accept our Website Privacy Policy.

The URL Shortener Android app does not collect any user data. By using the web application at url.aplifant.com, you accept the Website Privacy Policy.
