User Privacy Policy

When you create an Aplifant account, we request your full name and email address. You are not forced to use your real name, so registering with a nickname is possible. Other type of data may also be collected by our applications – please see the Application Privacy Policy for further information. Aplifant will use your email address only in special cases, not for advertising purposes. Examples of these special cases are sending you confirmation links while creating a new account or changing your password.

Aplifant does not store passwords in clear text. When you create a new account or change the password of your existing account, a hash of your password is created. We only save the hash, not the password. The hashes cannot be decrypted.

All collected data is stored in our databases, which reside in our host provider servers in the United Kingdom. Some of your data may be cached on your client when you use our mobile applications. We never sell or share your personal data with anyone.
